Klinker Brick Farrah Syrah 2008

Klinker Brick Farrah SyrahRich and Margot’s Notes

Color and clarity: Deep garnet to purple, dark.
Nose: Scorched sugar, black licorice, eucalyptus and a hint of tar. These are good and appetizing in this wine.
Palate: Dark red fruit, eucalyptus, and cinnamon. Firm but not astringent tannins and zippy acidity.
Finish: Long and spicy
Food: This wine is a meal in a glass. Pair it with a good book. At the table, steak and lentils.

Want some? The bottle we enjoyed was from the cellar. The current vintage is 2009, and we can order some for you. Just ask.

About our notes: Our notes are not fancy, nor do they bestow wines with personalities. Our notes are about how the wine tastes … to us. Taste is personal and every honest impression is correct.

Emeri Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc

Color and clarity: Straw to pale green, clear.
Nose: Lemon and cream
Palate: Creamy taste and refreshing acidity.
Finish: Lemon and cream again, medium length, clean.
