“Thank you!” and “Cheers!” to everyone who visited our Wine and Chocolate event on February 10.
We had a great time while investigating how chocolate influences the taste of certain wines. Our neighbors lent a hand; The Chocolate Mill supplied the excellent 58% Belgian chocolate bits, and Samantha’s Cafe prepared the divine salmon mousse appetizers and pastry assortment.
